You can't buy conviction

"You can't buy conviction." That was the message Quentin Davies gave to his first ever Labour conference. Davies was contrasting Cameron's Conservatives with Brown's "one nation party" and a clinical, at times almost brutal, speech it was. His speech was well received and well delivered - yes, I know the tent is big but perhaps it is slightly bigger than I first realised.
