Latest radical Tory policy announced

Yes, finally the Tories have begun the hard and difficult task of preparing for government. The policy think tanks have been working over-time and the latest policy initiative has been announced.

The Tories will - wait for it - do away with...

Rosettes!

According to ConservativeHome the Tory Party is currently 'market-testing' an alternative to the traditional blue Tory rosette. Under consideration is a blue and green ribbon in the same shape and style that people wear on their lapel to highlight AIDS or breast cancer, for example.
Canvassers would be absolutely free to continue to wear blue rosettes but the new ribbon could be worn as an alternative.

I take it all back - David Cameron really is a 'substantial' politician!!!!!!

I think its an important discussion akin to the Labour choice of the "rose" - which did win it for Labour in 1997. Lets face it these things matter a lot - to a lot of people. I am going to link to this discussion because I amlooking forward to what other people think! Is that OK?
